Cherry blossom viewers’ cars ticketed, towed on Russ Baker Way

Oh dear, it seems some of our neighbours were having a bit of trouble enjoying the beautiful cherry blossoms recently. Cars were getting ticketed and even towed down Russ Baker Way, which is never a good experience for anyone in our lovely Richmond community.
